Well, that was a surprise!

Upon arrival, I was greeted by a friendly staff member who upgraded my room to a quieter upper floor. The King Room was comfortable and conveniently located. While the amenities and cleanliness could use improvement, I enjoyed my stay and appreciated the attentive service. I'd consider returning again.

The size of the King Room was impressive, and the availability of coffee and tea in the room added a nice touch. However, the USB charger didn't work, which was inconvenient, and there were no complimentary water bottles provided. Additionally, the lack of breakfast facilities was a significant downside during my stay.

The noise from adjacent rooms was unbearable!!! The outdated facilities really need an upgrade, and the ice machines were consistently out of order!!! Cleaning services showed inconsistency, which was quite frustrating!!!

This hotel suits me perfectly! With free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and 24-hour reception, I always have what I need. I remember when the staff helped me find my lost barrette. Highly recommend it!

I had a fantastic stay at Wyndham Garden Schaumburg Chicago Northwest! The room was spacious and included a comfortable King bed that made my nights restful. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, especially during the quick check-in process.

Some noise from outside disturbed my sleep.

the room had a jacuzzi, which was a great treat. check-in was super quick and easy. the location was perfect, close to shopping and restaurants. loved the fitness center too!

The room size was decent, but the loud air conditioning made it hard to sleep, and there was no breakfast as advertised. Check-in was easy, but customer service was lacking, especially when I reported some issues with the bathroom door. Not sure I'd return.
